Wedding Package

When can we arrange for a food tasting session?

A food tasting session (for up to 6 persons) can be arranged anytime from Monday to Thursday after the contract is signed to a month before the wedding. Your wedding planner will call you three months prior the wedding to arrange a date. If you wish to have it earlier, you may do so as well.

Can we request for Halal food?

Yes you can, we have a Halal certified kitchen that can cater up to 150 guests for a wedding. Should you wish to serve individual servings of Halal food at your wedding, we can arrange for that as well.

Do you have any special menus for our Muslim or vegetarian friends?

We do cater to Muslim and vegetarian guests. You may ask your wedding planner for the Muslim and vegetarian menus.

How much is the corkage charge?

Corkage will be waived for all sealed duty-paid hard liquor. We charge $35++ per bottle for wine and champagne.

Event Attendance

What is the “guaranteed guest count”?

The “guaranteed guest count” refers to the number of people who will attend the wedding banquet. It allows us to adequately prepare for your wedding, and the number we use to prepare food portions, staff in attendance and other event support. You should inform us of the “guaranteed guest count” no later than 7 days prior to your wedding. You will be charged for the minimum guarantee or the number of guests served, whichever is greater. Your guaranteed guest count may increase until the day prior to your wedding.


What is the amount required for a deposit and when is it due?

An initial deposit of $5,000 is required to place a tentative hold on your wedding. You will receive a contract via email. We’ll need it signed and returned with the deposit.

One month prior to the wedding date, a second deposit (50% of the total estimated bill) is required.

To calculate the second deposit,

For example, for a weekend wedding dinner package ($1,588++) with a minimum of 30 tables
Total estimated bill = 30 tables x $1,588++ x 50%

Payment methods include cash and credit card.

When is the balance due?

The balance of the wedding dinner should be made on the day of check-out.
Payment methods include cash and credit card.

Are government taxes and service change included in the package price?

No. The wedding packages are subject to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.
